Friday June 5

This is approaching the longest time of the year, with it still being light after 10pm (though the sun has already gone down). I woke up at 4.15am and can make out light. However, I got up about 8am.

Lil went with her relative to an old person's home to visit another relative and was dressed up.
Jayne told me that her mother rarely goes out when she is here. I don't feel comfortable driving around and if I do, I won't go far. So, it looks like the only place we'll drive to is the town by the sea. Without a guide, I hope I don't get bored here. Lil does have cable TV. She also has a DVD and video player but yesterday she or I couldn't get the video player to work. She does have a collection of tapes here, but I don't know if we will be able to see them. Well, at least she has a TV here.

Andrew called and said that he and his son will be here tonight about 8pm. I guess they will be here for the weekend. I look forward to seeing them. Perhaps we can go to the town nearby and maybe to other places while they are here.

Lil bought a one day Internet card for me (I gave her the money). So, this way I’ll have Internet. I tried to connect and no network and I couldn’t get connected. I thought that maybe I was out of range, so I went to the parking in front of the building where they do have internet and I still couldn’t get a connection.

Back home i tried to see what the problem was and I couldn’t figure it out. Jayne tried later and no results. There must be a problem with the program.

I said I hope I don’t lose a sale because I can’t connect to the Internet. I said this will cost me money being here. I will call Matt every other day to see if there was any news. However, I will not be able to answer email from people interested in the property. Matt said he does expect someone to look at the property this weekend. I hope that at i will be able to call him, as there could be problem with calling. I hope not.

Later, Lil went to the restaurant in the camping area to get fish ‘n chips. Boy, were they good and the portions were large, too.

About 8.45pm Andrew and Jack pulled up. They will be here for the weekend.
