Visited My Lawyer

I went to Quito today. I had called my lawyer’s office first to see if she was in but was told that she’d be back in one hour. So I had something to eat then went on the internet. From there I went to her office.

Maria told me that Jayne’s paperwork for her visa will be ready next week. Then she’ll call me for Jayne to come in with her passport. I told her about me selling my house and ask her clients who might be interested in buying it.

Maria already heard the news about Tarquin, a client of hers, as he or his wife must have called her office before she came back from her trip.

I then went to the bank to pick up the money that Jayne’s mother sent. Later I called Matt to see if I could meet him. He wasn’t in, but about 10 minutes later he returned the call. He told me that he had two calls from the newspaper ad but they want to meet him in his office first. I hope that this turns into a sale.

Jayne told me that Gonzalo called and asked if he could come in Wednesday. She said yes. He has a hernia problem so I don’t know if he had the operation or not. If he did, that is soon that he is coming back to work.
