Jayne's Birthday

I had gone to the market to buy food as usual. I had remembered her birthday coming up for the previous week, but when it got here, I forgot. It’s easy to do that when you don’t have work to do and sometimes you are home for a few days at a time. We don’t watch TV or buy the local paper. Jayne forgets what day of the week it is, too.

Therefore I had not bought anything for her. I said let’s go out, and she said she didn’t feel like it. So, we had a quite day at home.
